Full Moon

Full moon is a special time; it is a time to make wishes. In Western cultures, often the full moon is not viewed as a positive experience. This is when the kids go crazy and act out, and werewolves come out. However, there is another side to the full moon that we should embrace and utilize. When it’s a full moon, make a point to go out at night and admire the full moon, make wishes while looking at it and meditate on its beauty and power. Some people believe you should also touch something green while making your wish to seal the deal. I hope that in the future, you would look forward to a full moon instead of being nervous about it.

Dealing with difficult people

Whenever you are dealing with a difficult person, instead of getting upset and cursing them in your head, try throwing light on them. The light comes from the highest place and helps improve the situation. When you are angry at someone and you keep thinking about the anger and the hurt they caused you, you are only perpetuating the situation. On the other hand, when you throw light on that person or situation, you help make it better. I once survived a very difficult boss by constantly throwing light on her. Little by little she turned around and became a far more agreeable person toward me. Try this tip; you will be happy you did.

Do this when you are trying to find something you lost.

Have you misplaced your keys, lost your purse or a valuable item? There is a surefire way to find the lost item in a jiffy. If you do this, and you still can’t find it then assume that your article is lost for good. There is a spirit named Etem Dede (pronounce E-tem de-de) who will help you find your lost article in exchange of a predetermined amount of göbeks, or more commonly known as belly dance. Let me elaborate. Say you lost an article; you think it should be in your house somewhere, but the Earth opened up and swallowed it. No one in your household has a clue what happened to it; it’s driving you crazy and you really need this item. What you do is you ask Etem Dede to help you find it in exchange of ten göbeks; meaning if you find your missing item with his help you promise to belly dance for him to the count of ten J it’s really simple. If your item is very dear to you, you can offer him 20, 50, 100 or even 1000 göbeks, just be prepared to be dancing for a while. Asking for his help to locate a missing item is a miracle waiting to happen. I’ve asked his help countless times and he’s come through for me every time. The Color Yellow

The color yellow brings clarity and awareness, clears the mind making it alert. If you want to think clearly, wear yellow.

The Color Blue

The color blue gives the feeling of distance and can be used to open blocked energy; it encourages communication. Wear blue if you are trying to communicate something difficult.

The Color Purple

The color purple represents spiritual fulfillment, connection with the higher self, augmented imagination and is used for meditation.

The Color Indigo

The color indigo is associated with the third eye, located between the eyebrows. It deals with intelligence and cosmic knowledge.

The Color White

White is the color of purity; it symbolizes virginity; brings about mental clarity, kindness and psychic energy.

The Color Black

Black is the most misunderstood color. Black symbols death. Natives thought black was good becuase it was the color of soil, which gives life.

The Color Grey

Grey is a color of sorrow and narrow minded. Grey symbols security, maturity and dependability.
