Best way to meditate

If you are interested in developing your intuition, the best way to do it is by meditation. The simplest way you can meditate is on an empty stomach, wearing comfortable clothes, sitting on a chair or on the floor (you don’t have to be in a full lotus position), simply cross your legs or keep them straight, and most importantly keep your spine straight. Close your eyes, but don’t look down. Keep your gaze up between your eyebrows. Watch your breath, and feel your body. If you would like to use a mantra use the universal one, OHM. However, a mantra is not necessary. Watch your breath and feel your body. If you are feeling pain anywhere, don’t ignore it. Feel it as much as possible. You will discover that by feeling it thoroughly and putting all your attention to it, the pain will go away; because the life force (ki, chi or call it what you will) has entered the area and healed it.
