If you love antiques or have a lot of family heirlooms, make sure you clear their energy. If your antiques are store bought, you probably don't know their history and what sort of energy they are embedded with. Have no fear, I am not about to suggest that you get rid of them, only the energy that is trapped in them.
I highly recommend smudging to refresh their energy.
Light up some olive leaves, lavender or sage and using the smoke intend the embedded energy in your antiques and/or heirlooms to release.
And while you are at it, you might want to smudge your home too. Go around with the smoke, room by room and intend for all negative energies to flush out.
