Intention is probably the most powerful tool we have, but
people often don’t realize its importance. You must first intend things in your
heart and soul before doing them physically. For example, as you wake up in the
morning and you haven’t even left your bed yet, intend to have a wonderful day;
a productive day; a healthy day; a safe day, etc. However, intention does not
mean to advertise it to the world. You want the universe to know your
intentions, not the rest of the world. Be careful whom you reveal your
intentions to. Writing it on a piece of paper and taping it on your bathroom
mirror or the fridge is not the way to intend things. You let the universe know
and keep your mouth shut. One way to kill any project before it even starts is
to advertise it to the people around you. Unbeknownst to you, people may be
feeling envious of your intentions, and that creates a tremendous amount of
negative energy; enough to kill your project.
