In Chinese astrology this is
the year of the horse and we have just come out of the year of the snake. If we
view it from the perspective of Snake spirit and Horse spirit, we're moving
from a year of transformation into a year of making choices, or recognizing we
have the freedom to do so. It is a year when integrity becomes a priority above
all, that we can walk our talk and keep ou
r word. The challenge is to be aware when you are engaged in
"victim" thinking and change your mind to take full responsibility
for your thoughts, feelings and actions. It's also a time
release that which no longer serves your purpose.
