When you need a
boost, try this trick: Using your index finger,
firmly press the indentation just above the center of your upper lip for 7
seconds. Release, then repeat twice. Pressing this point increases blood flow to the brain, delivering a jolt of
energy.
Acupressure is similar to acupuncture in that both use pressure points, but where acupuncture uses needles to stimulate the points acupressure uses fingers to apply pressure.
