If you've had a rough day or an argument with a family member, never go to bed angry. If it is not possible to work out your differences immediately, always meditate, go for a walk, or do something physical to work off the negative energy in your body.
Going to bed angry will invite unwanted guests. You just might end up having a visit in the night from a disgruntled spirit (yes, a ghost) who will find you by matching its energy to yours.
This is not meant to scare you, only to give you a fair warning. Always go to bed after cleansing your energy and grounding yourself. That way, you will be a lot less likely to have unwanted visitors.
