Chocolate News


Eating chocolate could lower levels of total AND belly fat, according to a new study in the journal 'Nutrition.'  It shows higher chocolate consumption in adolescents is also associated with lower body mass index.  The study says chocolate could play a role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
We are pretty sure that chocolate refers to dark, good quality chocolate not the stuff loaded with sugar.

So, enjoy your good chocolate without guilt. It's good for you!
