The Pink Balloon


This is a favourite active meditation exercise of mine which has stood the test of time. I highly recommend that you give it a try. Sit or lie down in a quiet place, away from ringing phones and interruptions. Close your eyes and imagine a serene place, it could be a beach, the woods, a mountain or whatever you consider peaceful. Visualize a pink balloon, and in this balloon put your one very important wish, then let the balloon fly up up and away until you can no longer see it in the sky. Do not think about the wish anymore, let universe take care of it for you. You will be pleasantly surprised one day when your wish comes true.

If you have more than one wish, use a different balloon for each wish.
